1:- What is Check in & Check Out Timing ?
     Check in Time : 12 Noon
     Check Out Time : 11 A.M

2:- What is the policy for Early Check in & Late Check out / My Bus Reaches
early / My bus is late in the evening :

Our Check in time is 12 Noon while Check out time is 11.00 AM. Early Check in / late Check out is as per availabilities. If your room is not available we can give you some other room (subject to availabilities only) till 12 noon at nominal costs or you may wait in lobby / have a cup of tea in our beautiful terraces. We always try our best to give rooms to our esteemed clients as early as possible before the committed time of 12 Noon. For guaranteed early check-in, reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night.

At the time of check out you can leave your luggage with us at 11.00 AM and go for sightseeing. Once you are back we will try to give you some room for freshen up.

3:- What is the difference in room categories ?

The basic difference amongst our Maharaja / Presidential/ luxury / Standard categories of rooms are of floor, interiors, room size and Valley View. Maharaja and Presidential rooms are bigger rooms with good valley view while Luxury rooms have got very less view and size is comparatively smaller. Standard rooms have got no view and room size is small. Basic Amenities like 32" LCD TV, Mini Fridge , Safe deposit locker , Telephone, Attached Bathroom with hot & cold water etc is there in all rooms.

4:- What are the Cancellation / Amendment Charges ?

Cancellation / Amendments Charges For High Season:

For Intimations received more than 10 days of Check In : 20 % of Package Amount
For Intimations received between 06 - 10 days of Check In: 50 % of Package Amount
For Intimations received between 03 - 06 days of Check In: 70 % of Package Amount
For Intimations received less than 03 days of Check In: 90 % of Package Amount

Cancellation / Amendment Charges For Mid  Season:

For Intimations received more than 10 days of Check In: 10 % of Package Amount
For Intimations received between 05 - 10 days of Check In: 20 % of Package Amount
For Intimations received between 02 - 05 days of Check In: 50 % of Package Amount
For Intimations received less than 02 days of Check In: 90 % of Package Amount


5:- How do I book ?

There are Two ways to book :-

A:- Online Booking by Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking A/c’s : You can book online through secured payment gateway from our website. There are links / banners displaying  "Click here for instant online bookings " on various pages.  Software will show instant availabilities and best possible online rates. Once you are through the process you will get confirmations on the screen as well as your email within seconds . Only Hotel Packages can be booked online and if you require you can book Transport Package of Volvo or Car etc as per details mentioned later in this page by sending us an  e-mail and payments can be made in Cash once you reach at the hotel .

B:- You can fill the reservation form / check the availabilities from 09816003027 , 01902-253027 / 253228 and send us a mail at info@snowvalleyresorts.com with your Name , Contact Details , Check in date , Checkout date and Type of Package required . We will block the room for you and as specified in our mail you have to deposit advance amount in our ICICI A/c and than intimate us the same with payment mode. We will verify with bank and within 24 hours confirmation mail will be send to you.


6:- What is Safety of Credit Card Data ?


The information requested during registration is necessary for the hotel and reservation to manage the booking request. All information is strictly confidential and shall be transmitted via an encrypted channel that ensures privacy. Your credit / debit card data, necessary to guarantee booking, is also transmitted through safe, on the protected bank server (SSL Secure Server). Highest level of protection is ensured for your credit card details.


7:- What will the costs if I want to stay for more than 4 Nights ?

Packages are extendable on Pro Rata basis . You can divide the Four Nights Package by 4 and multiply by number of nights you want to stay .

8:- Can the hotel arrange taxi  for sightseeing / river rafting etc ?

Our Front office staff will arrange taxi for you at best rates with good drivers . We will give you sightseeing brochure once you reach at hotel and necessary guidance and booking of sightseeing tours will be done at most reasonable rates .

Apart from this we can book River Rafting for you as well at best rates .Our Special rate for River Rafting is Rs 300/- per person for 14 Kms of River Rafting ( Market Price : Rs 650/- per pax )

9 :- Can the hotel arrange transport from Delhi / Chandigarh / Ambala ?

We have tie ups with taxi operators and  Indica / Tavera / Innova etc  can be arranged from any of these places.

Other good option is by A/c Volvo Buses . Tickets can be booked for you and we will send the same by email.

Departure Time from Delhi : 05:30 PM   &  Arrival at Manali : 09 - 10 AM

Tickets will be send by email and payments can be settled once you reach manali  .

Pick up Point from Delhi :  Opp Chanderlock Building , Janpath , New Delhi ( At Bharat Petroleum Filling Station in front of Hotel Imperial , Delhi)

10:- What about Pick up from bus stand / Kullu airport ?

Taxis / Autos are very easily available from bus stand . Just ask anybody that you have booking in Snow Valley Resorts and they will bring you here. App. Costs Rs 150/-

From Airport only option is by pre paid taxi . Same is easily available from taxi union
office situated in Airport .Drop to Airport / bus stand will be arranged by us at best rates.

11:- Is there any special package from Delhi to Delhi ?

We have designed special Delhi-Manali-Delhi Packages .  You can refer the same at  www.snowvalleyresorts.com/volvo.htm

For High Season we offer Only Transport Add on as follows :-

Optional Sightseeing : Manikaran : Rs 1400/-  by Individual car

                                     Jana Water Falls : Rs 400/- ( It will be added with Naggar )

Package 2 :- Nett Costs : Rs 5500/- Per Couple as per following :

·         02 Delhi – Manali A/c Volvo seats

12:- Can you book hotel at Shimla for us ?

We have special tie up with leading hotels of Shimla. Quote for same can be obtained from us by email

15:- Is 32 " LCD TV  , Mini Fridge etc there in All rooms ?

Yes amenities like 32" LCD TV, Digital Safe deposit locker , Mini Fridge,  Tea / Coffee Kettle , Wooden Flooring  etc is there in all rooms .

16:- What will be the amount for service tax ?

As per room choosen it will vary from Rs 100 - Rs 200/- per day . This is a statutory tax liability  imposed by Govt of India as per notification dated 26th April'2010 . This will be applicable on all existing / new bookings
 

17:  What will be the expected weather ?
